CONTRACT PAYMENT

Thanks for your time.
I am Mallam Isa Dutse. I am in a position of authority in a finance
ministry in my country. In my ministry i oversee the endorsement of
contract payments, and am also privy to several over invoiced
contracts amounting to hundred's of millions of dollars.

I also have the privilege to assign this over invoiced funds to any
individual/company that i wish, as soon as they apply as the
contractor/beneficiary of the executed contract or funds, with a good
understanding that we'll either disburse, invest the fund and also
share the proceeds between us. So if you agree to this, i will be
needing your consent to present you or your company as the beneficiary
of one of the over invoiced contract funds which i am entitled to
endorse its release and transfer. Once we are in agreement, i will
inform you in details what is required of you and how we are to
achieve this.
